General Cancellation Instructions

 

If the customer voluntarily cancels the event

 ​ General experience/courses

  • 21 days before the start of the experience/class: The experience/class fee will be fully refunded.

  • 14 days before the start of the trial/course: 60% of the trial/course fee will be refunded.

  • Before the experience/course starts   7th: 40% of the experience/course fee will be refunded.

  • Before the experience/course starts   5th: 20% of the experience/course fee will be refunded.

  • Before the experience/course starts   3 days: Experience/course fees are non-refundable.

Online Experience/Course

  • After the online experience/course registration is paid, the experience/course fee will not be refunded.

If the activity is cancelled for the coach merchant

  • The experience/course fee will be fully refunded without deduction of any handling fee.

If the experience is cancelled due to irresistible factors before the start of the experience/course:

  • The experience/course fee will be fully refunded without deduction of any handling fee.

Cancellation of Force Majeure

  • In the event of strong typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters, the organizer will notify the course postponement or cancellation by text message and telephone in accordance with the announcement of the suspension of work by the Personnel Administration Bureau of the government.

  • If the activity is canceled due to irresistible factors such as weather after arriving at the experience site or after the itinerary departs, resulting in the interruption of the itinerary, the remaining fees shall be refunded after deducting the relevant derived fares, insurance, equipment rental or other expenses.

How to apply for a refund

Please submit a valid "refund request"

a. Be sure to specify in your refund application letter the reasons why you think the course does not meet your needs

b. If we need more information from you, please cooperate and reply

Refunds will usually be returned to the credit card you used to pay within 10 to 20 business days. If you do not receive a refund within the time limit, please send an email to the customer service mailbox angela@nesswellness.com , and someone will handle it for you.

Online experience/course:

  • Following registration and payment, the experience/course fee is non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled by the coaches or business:

  • The experience/course fee will be refunded in full without deduction of any handling fees.

If the experience is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances before the start of the experience/course:

  • In the event of severe typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters, the organizer will notify the postponement or cancellation of the course through text messages and phone calls in accordance with the announcement of the cessation of work by the Government Personnel Administration Bureau. 

  • If the event is cancelled due to weather and other force majeure factors after arriving at the experience site or after the experience, course or event has started, which causes the experience, course or event to be interrupted, the remaining expenses will be refunded after deduction of related derivative fares, insurance, equipment rental or other expenses.

How do I apply for a refund?

Be sure to specify the reason why the course does not meet the requirements and your reason for refunding.

We may request additional information, in which case, we appreciate your timely response.  

Refunds will usually be returned to the credit card originally used for payment within 10-20 business days. If you do not receive the refund within the time frame, please send an email our customer service mailbox: angela@nesswellness.com , and someone will assist with you.
