關於YUMI
剛開始學習瑜珈是因為設計工作常需要久坐，想改善不良姿勢帶來的影響，原本沒有運動基礎也抗拒運動，至今從肢體障礙到深刻愛上瑜珈，接觸瑜珈已有多年時間，深知瑜珈對自己的改變，過程中經歷了生命中不同的轉淚點，瑜珈也成了心靈庇護所，並且想要把這些感覺分享給更多人，喜歡與不同族群對話，找出最適合他們的方式分享瑜珈，讓瑜珈變成生活中的一部份且創造更多樂趣！
