Hatha Yoga taught us that our body is a temple and that our soul resides inside. Noticing and practicing different ways of breathing is the foundation before our physical (asana) practice. By taking into consideration an individual’s mobility levels and limitations, I offer various modifications through the integration of props in order to find proper posture. This allows to suit different needs and most importantly avoid injuries.
